Why Participate in My Neighborhood Association?

Neighborhood involvement gives you a voice in policy decisions that affect you and your neighbors. The neighborhood association is a vehicle for relating directly with elected officials and decision makers, with a guarantee that your concerns will be heard. Through your neighborhood association you can:

  • Know you neighbors and prevent crime by establishing a Neighborhood Watch or Foot Patrol

  • Influence land use and development decisions

  • Help protect natural areas and green space

  • Write for our website or newsletter

  • Organize fun commmunity events

  • Meet and work together with your neighbors!
